Context & Objectives:

Our Responsibility in this project is to update the model as per

the received redline mark-ups and submit the model for As-
built.

After submission of the As-built we need to generate COBie

data as per the client’s requirement.

Realisations: Results:

 The main challenging aspect of this project is it was  Ensured smooth Workflow to maintain the level of details
an LOD 300. So, there is less detailing in the model and took at most interest to ensure any discrepancies in

 In this project I have worked on the Electrical
services like Small power, BMS, Lighting, cable tray
and ELV equipment’s.
 Coordinated with the other services to maintain
clash free model and to ensure smooth work flow.
 Needed to prepare schedules after updating of

 In this project I newly learned about how to work
and generate COBie data for future maintenance
purpose.
 The Submitted models are clash free with the other
services. This was a very challenging task in this project.
 Submitted the shop drawings on time to the client for the
first revision of As-built.
 Ensured there are no issues in the model and worked as
per the standards which are required by the client.
 Currently we are working on generation of COBie data for
submission.

BIM MODELLER FROM MAR 2018 TO TILL DATE.

Context & Objectives:

My Main Responsibilities are generation of shop drawings

as per the client requirement.

Updating of standard families from Non-standard families

as per the site installations.

Updating of Revit models with respect to the approved 2-

D Drawings.

Modifications in the modeling as per the markups

received from the site

Generated layouts and shop drawings for Electrical

services like SMALL POWER, LIGHTING, CONTAINMENT,
EARTHING, BACS AND LV EQUIPMENT for approvals.

Generation of Utility and telecom retail Shop drawings.

Realisations: Results:

 As we need to generate LOD 500 we get constant
changes in the model, we need to cope up with the
issues such as coordination with the other services and
updating of families as per the site installation.
 There are lots of technical issues with the model when
compared to the approved 2-D Drawings. So playing as
a team to solve the technical issues.
 Daily different issues raise up and those were solved in
supervision of our coordinator.
 In Electrical service there are different sub services
such as Small power, Lighting, Fire alarm and detection,
Earthing, BACS, Cable trays and Low voltage
Equipment’s.
 Modifications in the model is done as per the markups
received from the site.
 Submitted the shop drawings before the deadline and
got approved from the design team with minimum
comments.
 Submitted the project with the standard’s as per the
project standards.
 Redline markups have been done and as-built will be
starting in the upcoming days.
 The Submitted models are clash free with the other
services.

 In this project I newly learned about the Utility

drawings for telecom retail service and worked on this
service shop drawings.

The main Objective was to work on Electrical services right

from the scratch, From modelling to final submission of the
shop drawing.

Cable tray, Bus Ducts, Earthing and BMS.

of the project.

the site for purchases and execution.
