 TAFE MOTORS AND TRACTORS LIMITED – EICHER TRACTORS (JAN’17 – JUNE’17):
Responsible for operations management regarding digital dispatch of tractors and time-motion study and
line balancing for assembly line improvement (Takao project and 3M classification). Understanding of
ECN, NPI and Kitting system.

TECHNICAL PROJECTS
 SUPRA SAE INDIA (AUG’16-JUNE’17): Headed the team as the Vice-captain and was responsible
for complete designing of the chassis and its impact analysis along with working for the suspension
system (rocker design). Cost analysis and management responsibilities.
 SUPRA SAE INDIA (AUG’15-JULY’16): Designed and manufactured a student formula car working
on the chassis and suspension of the car along with complete designing of pedal box for elimination of
complex design and reduction in weight developing the braking system of the car.
 FORMULA STUDENT INDIA (OCT’15-FEB’16): Fabricated a student formula car for design and
manufacture competition held at Buddha International Circuit with learning of the basic vehicle dynamics
and hard skills such as welding, and operations on lathe.
 AQUA-JET (Feb’15-MAR’15): Design and fabrication of a pressurized water propelled rocket for an
inter-college competition. A simple angle varying mechanism was developed in order to project the
rocket with varying angles. Also a manual wireless parachute deployment system was designed and
integrated with the rocket.
 CONTRAPTION (OCT’14): Design and fabrication of a multi-energy transformation system
(mechanical, chemical, electromagnetic) for an inter-college event.

POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY
 VICE-CAPTAIN for the SUPRA SAE INDIA 2017 team of the college.
 JOINT HEAD hospitality team PEC-FEST 2016.
 DESIGNING HEAD for INNOVISION 2016 event of IMAGES.

TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS

 VEHICLE DYNAMICS: 2 day workshop on basics of automobile, suspension, chassis, vehicle

terminologies, wheel assembly, transmission, braking system, etc.
  CFD: 2 day workshop on fluid mechanics, basics of computational fluid dynamics and ansys (fluent).
 MANUFACTURING: Semester course on Basic methods of manufacturing industry (Machine,
Carpentry, Foundry, Welding, Forging, Automobile, etc.) as a part of curriculum.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
 SOFTWARES: Solidworks, Catia, AutoCAD(basic), Hypermesh(Optistruct module), Ansys(static
structural and fluent).
 OPERATING SYSTEMS: Windows, Ubuntu.
 OTHERS: Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier-pro.

ACHIEVEMENTS
 Won first position in Catapult (Design and fabrication contest) at PEC-FEST 2014.
 Got 100 score in Mathematics in 10th and 12th and was awarded 0.1%ile certificate of merit in Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th.
 2nd Runner up in ITUSA (Inter Technological University Sports Association) Football tournament
2016 and also represented college in North Zone Football tournament 2014 and 2016.
 Won Silver and Bronze medals in annual athletic meet 2015 of the college.
 Certificate of Excellence in Sports (Football).
 Certificate of Appreciation in Sports, SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers), and NCC (National
Cadet Corps) from University.
