Regarding: New Book Economic Growth.

I am a freelance macroeconomist who develops new tools and policies to enable progress. I
have written a new book, 'Economic Growth - In a Highly Constrained Environment', which
puts forward original techniques to generate economic growth. I have enclosed a copy of the
book for your perusal with the intention of using its contents to improve economic prosperity.

I understand that you are looking to achieve economic growth quickly, in this case I would
recommend using the 'Rising Personal Allowance on Income for Dual occupation' or 'R-
PAID'. This will increase the amount of personal allowance available for people in further
work, which should maximise the level of domestic output generating supply side growth.

Currently the individual personal allowance is £12,500, by providing an additional £2,500 of

personal allowance for every pound earned in a secondary occupation a worker can earn
£15,000 per annum tax free. The increase in the personal allowance would be available for
anyone earning income outside of their primary occupation including independent trading.

To avoid the misuse of the rising personal allowance it can only be claimed with a matching
increase of income. For every new pound earned from further work performed another pound
of tax relief is enabled until the maximum £15,000 is reached. The further £2,500 of income
should be taken out of the benefits means test calculation, to avoid impacting benefit income.

There is an article in the book enclosed on page 77, which explains the 'R-PAID' in greater
detail. The other articles included in the book may also help with economic growth, which
may be the best way to remedy the high level of government debt. I would be grateful if you
