Dear Honorable Mayor,
We are pleased to inform you that the Northern Mindanao Association
of Civil Registrars (NMACR), Inc., the regional association of Local Civil
Registrars of Region 10 in coordination with the Visayas-Mindanao
Federation of Civil Registrars (VISMINFCR), Inc. will hold its Regional liveout
SEMINAR-WORKSHOP On Civil Registration, Vital Statistics, Processing on
Court Decrees, Legal Instruments and Philippine Identification System Act on
July 23-25, 2019 at Reyna’s the Haven & Gardens, New Calceta St.
Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
In this regard, we would like to request the presence of your Civil
Registrar and their office staff to attend the said Seminar-Workshop.
We will be collecting a minimal registration fee of Six Thousand
Pesos (₱6,000.00) live-out per participant, to cover the seminar-
workshop expenses for three (3) days subject to the usual government
