Greetings from the Management to all the team members.


Thank you for all your cooperation and your hard work. With the support of all the staff today is being able to
make remarkable achievements. Nevertheless it is the time to thank everyone and also remind about a few
do’s and don’ts which will be able to help us perform better and create a healthy working space for one and
all.

CODE OF CONDUCT
The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all employees of . I hope everyone aware of the basic
conduct we need to present at the workplace and adding a few lines to the Conduct Policy you have read
during your joining are:
 Dignity and Respect- The Company’s greatest strength lies in the talent and ability of its employees. Please note
that each and every employee (including the ground staff, housekeeping and the office boy) is being appointed
for a purpose and they are important to the company, just the way as you are. Their dignity, well-being is
definitely vital and significant to their growth and the growth of the company. It is the duty of each employee to
treat other with respect and dignity and show a reasonable behavior and maintain a healthy and pleasant work
environment at all times.

 Behavior and Language- The employees are expected to express their views and points at all times in a low voice
and a good professional tone. Use of abusive language and loud voice is seen as a negative trait in an employee
and will have to face disciplinary action. Engaging in any undesirable behavior can impact the company’s
reputation thereby it is expected that any grievances, complaints or objections must be handled in a
professional manner failing which the management reserves the right to take any action immediately.

 Dressing - Employees are expected to use their discretion in determining what is appropriate to wear for office
work (according to their job profile). However, it is required for everyone to be in decent and office worthy
attire and the basic grooming standards need to be adhered to. A detailed note on dressing will be shared with
all employees shortly.

 Meeting and Greeting staff- The first thing in the morning, for all employees, is to share a good smile and greet
one and another. It is not only your duty but also a responsibility to create a pleasant environment at work. It is
important that you report your presence to the management every day. Also make sure to report to your
seniors and the management after your vacation or a holiday.

CONFIDENTIALITY – Based on your role and the department you work in the nature of confidential
information differs. Kindly make a note NOT TO share any information which is sensitive and confidential to
any individual. On the basis of trust certain sensitive information is shared with you by the company to enable
you to perform your duty well. Misuse or transmission of any confidential information will lead to disciplinary
action immediately.
ABSENCES, ATTENDANCES AND LEAVES

ATTENDANCES

As the staff strength is increasing, please note that all the attendances will now be linked to the Payroll Software. The
Biometric system at each location will support the software and generate the time and attendances sheet. All the staff
are thereby strictly advised to Log In and Log Out, without fail, using the Biometric System. For those staff members who
would be regularly visiting the organization's other locations, their data will be entered in that specific locations'
biometric machine. Hence they are required to Log In/Out there. For going out on official work to any other location, a
sign on the Official Duty slip needs to be obtained from your manager. It is the duty of the Front Office Executive or the
Managers (at the stores) to monitor the usage of the Biometric System and report any issues immediately to the HR
Department. Also it is informed that the attendances will be monitored by the HR and Accounts department on a weekly
basis, as this will facilitate to discuss about any absences, leaves, late comings, permissions or any issue much before the
pay period.

LATE COMINGS

As a reminder, please note that there is a grace period of 15 minutes allowed at the offices and the stores, keeping in
view any sudden emergencies, personal work, traffic etc., But we would like to strictly advise all the staff to report to the
office by 10: 00 am sharp and start their work by 10:15 am. For the stores it would be and respectively. As per the
Biometric the late markings will start from onwards at the offices and onwards at the stores. The company will allow
only four (4) lates per month, beyond which the staff will be penalized. And In order to avoid any penalty, please be on
time and in case of any emergency please call and inform the office.

LEAVES

As of now there are no changes in the Leave policy and it will remain the same as discussed during the induction. So, as
a reminder the Casual Leaves given by the company are 12 for everyone, which are split into 6 from Jan – June and 6
from July- Dec. For all staff who wish to take planned leaves vacation, holidays, marriages and functions etc., are strictly
instructed to apply for a leave at least 15-20 days before and allow time for approval to the line managers, HR and the
Senior Management. Please be aware that unauthorized leaves will not be entertained by the company and will result in
LOP and will be a point of consideration during appraisal. In case of any sudden emergencies or contingencies staff are
advised to inform the line managers about their absence via phone
