4. How can I make sure that my application is approved?

The US Embassy weighs many factors before deciding on an approval. The

overall basis for an approval is as unique as the individual himself. Honest, clear, and
consistent supporting documents help in a faster approval. However, documents are not

No representatives will be entertained on behalf of the applicant. The applicant

must be present on the appointment day.

24. I am working overseas and holding a Filipino Passport, where do I apply?

Do I have to go back to the Philippines to apply?

You do not need to fly back home to make the application. Any US Consulate
