Bio:
I specialize in macroeconomic policy analysis and my research interests span several issues in
international political economy such as: economic development, sustainable development,
multinational corporations and foreign investment, corruption, global capital flows, foreign aid,
and security. I am specifically interested in economic, social and environmental aspects of
development. I also have a keen interest in the role of capital flows on income and gender
inequality. I am also interested in how terrorism relates to development, and sustainable
development especially in post-conflict environments.
I am also a Research Associate at TransResearch Consortium and have broad experience in all
aspects of macroeconomic data handling from data collection, data analysis, time-series
analysis etc.

As part of my teaching obligations, I have developed and taught upper division and graduate
level courses noted below. I have also mentored students and have written qualifying exams for
graduate students.
Research Associate,
TransResearch Consortium, 2006-Present:
! I collected and analyzed data for various projects and was involved in all stages of data
work, from data collection, insuring data integrity, data analysis, and building statistical
models.
! I written and maintained code in STATA for combining and analyzing large datasets.
! I also have experience with large datasets at various levels of analysis, especially
financial data at the industry level. I have also worked with local, provincial and national
level public finance and labor force data.
