 Have you ever heard of the Bonnie and Clyde
story? Well, you're in luck. In a world full of
secrets Alice had serval up her sleeve, what
happens when you leave a small town and enter
a big new city of more exploration? What
happens when you find that missing piece that
doesn’t just fit perfectly but fits imperfectly. In
this action-packed romance, you will experience
K.O.D (Kiss of different types of self-desire, which is crime,
money, manipulation, control, and most
importantly the dangers love will cause, but let
Death) me ask you this. How far would you go for love?
Would you do so much for that person you
become dangerously in love? Shy 20-year-old
mysterious Alice falls for careless 23-year-old
Derek. She never imagines where his rebellious
disregard for the rules would lead her. What will
happen once that darkness does come to the
light? Will it escape from their twisted reality? Or
crumble in a split second?
Alice Juliet Crane ( Main Character)
Do you know the saying " be careful of the quiet
ones?" Well that quiet one is Alice. A young 20-
year-old college student from a strange small town
of western Virginia, entering a new experience at
the University of San Francisco majoring in
psychology and technology help her even more, to
control others in her own manipulative way. It was
something so off about the way she glamor others,
by the way her brown eyes sparkle just the right
way, her silence isn’t something to take lightly.
Growing up from a lonely place Alice wasn't truly
alone, It's something so twisted behind that sweet
smile. Something so Dark that it's about to reveal.

how Alice mind changes in a quick second, once
she focus on the main things she desire everything
around her is completely blank and it’s only her in
control.

Remember that gangster kind of player boys in high school

or even college that your mother told you about and to stay
away from? Well that is Derek A 23-year-old rebellious,
carless drop-out meets an openly, undermined women and
charm his way not just through her heart; but through her
mind. He reveals a new Alice and killed the old Alice. Not
caring about the consequences around him his manipulative
ways took the best of Alice life and created a bigger
problem that hits an all-time low. Growing up very unstable
and living from foster home to foster home, the law
wouldn't stop him ,if he has Alice by his side. For example
of Derek behavior research from " Distance to threat and
risk of acute" explains how his manipulative mind works
throughout the story and how impacts Alice as well. Which
states "Although risk assessment has been described in
detail in rodents, it is also a feature of human defensive
behavior, particularly in association with ambiguity.
Rumination may be a specifically human form of risk
assessment, more often expressed by women, and highly
associated with anxiety." From Derek perspective is losing
Alice not just losing her love, but losing that control of her.

mothers? The ones that

know how to do it, Once they feel
that one instinct. That’s how the
mother of Alice is, a 40-year-old
single mother veterinarian
experiences huge grief and loss
throughout Alice life, she fights and
fights to provide for her children;
however, she becomes shocked
when this one child slips away from
one big secret that will devastate her.

We all have that younger sibling that we are
close with and don't want us to get in trouble
from anything. That's how Lexi is, younger
sister of Alice a straight "A"17-year-old
junior in high school wanting to follow her
older sister footsteps as becoming a therapist
like her, but maybe certain footsteps aren't
meant to be followed. She is a tough cookie
and worries about the situations she sees
Alice in and becomes modified of what she
experiences. The love she has for her older
sister is very unbreakable, she will do
anything she can to make sure her family is
safe.
Tony Mike Sprouse (

We all have that one best friend that we grew

up with from our childhood. That was Tony, a
21-year-old childhood best friend of Alice's,
from watching his friend Alice change in a split
second he convinces her how her selfish needs
are changing her. Being the greatest friend he
can be, he tries to stop Alice from being
controlled from what she desired the most out
of Derek and the things he provides around her
which is unhealthy. Tony is like a puppy
always following your every move to make
sure you okay. Tony has deep meaningful
feelings towards Alice and he will do anything
to keep her safe as well.
The 3 main locations where
K.O.D takes place is the heart of
San Fransico, The state bank,
and jail, these major setting will
show the effects behind the
relationship between Alice and
Derek. Alice and Derek meet
behind the schools during
freshman year. Throughout the
story talks about each location
that are the main clauses of the
theme and helps my readers
understand why I chose these
locations and a very detailed
explanation as well. the main 3
major locations show some
lawbreaking and action-packed
thriller in the story as well, it
gives out a hint of what the
story is mainly about.

Information
Two spiritual lovers with no regrets and very
fast pace with lots of contacts create a bigger
picture in the story.Through the story Alice and
Derek reach through higher sights and learn
more languages and with the help of Alice
study in college will help push where they
receive more of illegal things they crave and
desire the most. With the help of Derek
knowing some hitmen and hackers helps them
get through some illegal transportation with a
fake ID and Fake passports, even fraud as well.
the twisted ways of their unfulfilled love create
damage to destruction
K.O.D is about two undermining lovers that enter each other twisted worlds. Ever heard of the classic
Bonnie and Clyde? Or how about the producers that gave you " The Heist" Well, it's back; however with a
twist. The modern-day Bonnie and Clyde newly renewed as the Kiss of death, Alice and Derek. In this
action, crime and thriller pact book brings you two different types of personalities gather together to control
their surrounds as one of their own, to glamor others by their fake masks and hide who they really are on the
dark side. Alice grew up wealthy with only everything she loves the most. what women don't like the world
surrounded by her? but on the inside was something different, something Derek has released from his
controlling of her mind that he created in her life ,which how the chaos formed. Derek comes from a low
class, jumping from foster care to foster care, kind of lifestyle and finds this hopeless , self-centered woman
to take over in the mind. To show her how to be loved, but most importantly mind controlled. In a research
by " No really money can't buy you happiness" states " Whereas Easterlin's material relates to self-
assessments of overall personal happiness and the data cited from Rainwater pertain to a hypothetical
question about the income needed to maintain a minimum level of living, the data presented here concern
ratings of the individual's own satisfaction or dissatisfaction specifically with her actual standard of living. "
you will see the side of effects and the dangers of how love can put you through any unhealthy situations .
can money and crime really be a great escape from reality? What will happen when we have so much of our
desire, and it instantly fades away Horribly.
"Dear diary it's been 2 years I have spent in Jail , I have understood what and how I
should have changed my life around over these years .It's the present year in the heart of
San Francisco. I remember how it all ended, I sat behind the cop car watching the golden
gate bridge fade along my blurry eyes, she is gone . My lost soul ,the one I captured is
gone, and now I am ready to wait and wait for her along the faded room that I lay here
today. But first let me tell you something about a real ride or die. man, it's about trusting
each other mindset first, knowing the way they value the trust they bring to the table, the
way they know what you going to say, that aggressiveness they bring once something
seems off. but most importantly being down for you when nobody else has. that's what
Alice was about well is about, that's my women, the love of my life, the one I would kill
for if anything happens to her, she is the definition of life." - sincerely Derek

Two years earlier...

Derek met Alice Freshmen year of college. He remembers her wearing this blue sweater,
black ripped denim jeans, watching the way the sun bloom through the blinds on her
Carmel skin, she had a cute little mole under her brown eyes, wearing these cute blue
glasses , she was hard to get, but once he got her it was something magical something
that is once in a lifetime you know. she was always by herself, Derek thought " this chick
must hate everyone or have no friends " I mean you never know until you talk to them.
He was kind of a player back then, but she managed to change his ways. anyway he went
over to her, she had on some black headsets, he was somewhat nervous like her presence
just .. it was just something about her. She turned around with this cute smirk on her face
