AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, GLORIA ALUDINO MIGUEL, of legal age, married to Juan Miguel,

Filipino citizen and a resident of Bantay, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, after
having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state
that:

I secured my National Bureau of Investigation [NBI] Clearance from

NBI-Vigan City Office, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur;

However, I was informed that one GLORIA MIGUEL of Brgy. Balatong,

Laoag City, Philippines, was charged with Violation of Batas Pambansa
Bilang 22 under Criminal Case No. 30187, pending before the Municipal
Circuit Trial Court-Branch II, Laoag City. Nonetheless, the said case had
been dismissed on 31 August 1998 by Hon. Policarpio P. Martinez,
Executive Judge of the said trial court. Machine copy is hereto attached for
reference;

As such, I categorically deny that I am the person charged

considering that I have been in Hongkong for almost thirty [30] years now
and I have not stayed in the Philippines since then. When I had my
vacation in the Philippines, I never resided in Laoag City, Philippines,
because I stayed in Bantay, Ilocos Sur, Philippines;

I had never been charged for any criminal action and/or for violation
of special law or ordinance;

I attest to the veracity and truthfulness of the foregoing statements

with my voluntary act and deed to categorically state that I am not the
GLORIA MIGUEL who was charged in the aforesaid record of the National
Bureau of Investigation [NBI] and for all lawful purposes and legal intent it
may serve.
