12. Synopsis This course focuses on the introduction to speech communication, elements in speech
communication process, verbal and nonverbal messages, human communication, managing
conflict in communication, public speaking preparation for effective communication, persuasive
speech, informative speech and speeches for special occasions.

Kursus ini berfokuskan pengenalan kepada komunikasi pertuturan, elemen dalam proses
pertuturan, mesej lisan dan bukan lisan, mengatasi konflik dalam pertuturan, persiapan syarahan
untuk komunikasi berkesan, pertuturan persuasif dan informatif dan ucapan untuk majlis khas.
