GRADING RUBRIC FOR BUSINESS LAW CLASS

Objective: Each Entrepreneurial Management student is expected to attain the required passing grade by accomplishing different types of
written and oral examinations that will be given throughout the semester. To pass these examinations, several criteria shall be targeted and
taken into consideration that would eventually come up with the final grading for the subject examination. A consolidation of the examination
result shall determine the overall result and standing of the student.

Rationale: Provide a more objective approach in defining the appropriate grade of the student. The matrix below shall serve as a guide for
the professor and the students to manage the expected output of the lessons.

Directions: Assess, evaluate, rate and mentor the students based on their learning curves of the subject concepts, teaching and training needs.
