GENERALIDADES Con fecha 16 de agosto de 2018, la Municipalidad Distrital de Pomalca, Fepresentada por el Gerente Municipal, Sr. Eleazar Torres Ybafiez, y el Consorcio Mariategul (Representante Legal Sr. Carlos Gabriel Mendoza Lapoint), conformado Por BETA KONCRET S.A.C Y CONSTRUCTORA A&G GROUP S.A.C., suscribieron el Contrato N* 094-2018-GM, para la Ejecucién de la Obra: “MEJORAMIENTO DE LA TRANSITABILIDAD VEHICULAR Y PEATONAL DE LAS CALLES DEL SECTOR SAN JUAN- DISTRITO DE POMALCA-CHICLAYO-LAMBAYEQUE-SEGUNDA ETAPA”. COD SNIP NRO 219662 METAS DEL PROYECTO is Metas fisicas de! Proyecto son las siguientes: = Pavimentacién Flexible en caliente: 10,615.85 m2 = Sefializacién Horizontal: 485,27 m2 (cruceros peatonales, simbolos, letras y linea discontinuas) - Canaletas de concreto: 342.14 ml = Veredas de concreto, f'c= 175 kg/em2: 3,549.79 m2 = Concreto en ufias de veredas, f'c= 175 kg/cm2: 62.61 m3 = Sardineles de concreto f'c= 175 kg/em2: 56.59 m3 = Sefializacién Horizontal en sardineles: 754.51 ml ~ Jardin- rea verde: 1,116.11 m2 ENTREGA DE TERRENO En el lugar donde se ejecutaré la Obra, siendo las 10:00 am, del dia 29 de agosto de 2018, se reunieron los representantes de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pomalca, el Contratista y la Supervision, cuyos nombres se describen a continuacién, con el fin de hacer entrega del Terreno donde se ejecutardn los trabajos de construccién de la Obra antes mencionada.
