This pertains to the apprehension of kidnap for ransom suspects and exhumation
of dead body of JONATHAN BACUS WEE ENG in Purok 3, Maranding, Brgy. Piatos,
Bunawan, Davao City on or about 6:00 PM of July 2, 2009 of which the cadaver of said
victim now lies at Rivera Funeral Homes in Licanan, Lasang, Davao City.

With this premise, the undersigned would like to request for autopsy examination
to the remains of aforementioned victim.
