Dear Sir,

With reference to the captioned subject, the EPC contractor M/s – Sridurga Condev (P) Ltd.
has submitted the plan& profile (R2) from km. 87.080 to km. 116.180 on 18-08-2018 vide above
referenced letter. The EPC contractor has incorporated the observations pointed out vide our letter
PIDCL-SO/2118020/G/23 dtd: 28-07-2018 and deficits raised during the meeting held with the EPC
contractor at our office at Bhubaneswar dtd. 10-08-2018. The plan and profile has been scrutinized
and found to be in order. It satisfies the requirements of EPC agreement and manual IRC – SP –
73:2015. The soft copy of plan and profile in pfd format is attached herewith.

The approval may please be communicated to the Team Leader at an early date.
