Enigma – Importing & Uploading Presets

This tutorial will show you how to load/import a bank of User Presets, and then load
them into your device. Enigma uses .XML files and they can be saved and shared with
other users. http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/M-Audio_Enigma/ is a free user
group dedicated to Enigma. Please note that this group is NOT affiliated with M-Audio.

First, launch Enigma and make sure your controller is recognized (it will show up with a
red dot next to it). On PC, go to the File Menu and select Load (Mac = File>Import
Preset Bank).

Next you need to locate the preset bank/.XML file on your hard drive, select, and open it.
After loading/importing the bank, select it, and click the button to upload the bank to
your device.

Windows Mac

You must recall the preset on your device before the new settings will take effect. Please
refer to the user guide for your device for recall instructions.

** This will load the entire bank of presets into your device. If you only want 1 preset
from the bank, you can drag said preset to another User Bank and load that.
