Subject: Job Proposal For Nitrogen Lifting & Matrix Stimulation at Ghauri X-1
Sprint Oil & Gas Services FZC appreciates being given the opportunity to submit the Job Proposal for the above-mentioned
work based on the data forwarded by MPCL. The document includes:
• Job objective
• Well data & Schematic
• Technical Discussion
• Treatment Design & Calculations for Nitrogen Lifting & Matrix Stimultion
• Table of Recipes
• Job procedures
• BHA Diagram
• Rig up Schematic for CAT-I
• Technical & operational risk assessment
Job Proposal is an outcome of the meeting held with MPCL Production Operations to perform nitrogen lifting via Post in Jet
Pump BHA and to perform Matrix Stimulation post cutting the tail assembly.
SPRINT has used the historic experience on the same well for the fluid designing with an improvisation to address the depletion
of reservoir pressure. Treatment volumes proposed in the program are designed while considering the bottom hole pressure
and possible response of formation to treatment fluids.
Key points of the job proposal are summarized below and are subject to change if MPCL deems any variation in the data or
should the well conditions dictates so:
• A sensitivity analysis is performed using different values of damage invasion for the skin of 5.
• The concentration of the matrix stimulation fluids is designed to have 12-inch penetration of the acid to reduce near
wellbore friction and damage.
• SRA - 15 shall be used for perforation wash to clean the gun debris expected in re-perforation stage and to clean debris
accumulated over producing duration across perforations.
• Perforation wash shall be performed in the nitrified mode to ensure the return of treatment fluids to surface. Downhole
hydraulics simulation for Perforation wash is appended in the document.
• Matrix Stimulation shall be performed using Lean Volatile Acid System (VAS). VAS: SRA-15 is recommended for Matrix
Stimulation. Volatile Acid is recommended to address the concern of flow back in low BHP.
• Volatile Acid lowers the surface tension, increases the vapor pressure and improves the spent acid clean-up.
• The Improved clean-up with alcoholic acid can be expected for two reasons:
1. Increased volatility
2. Lower surface and interfacial tensions.
The increased volatility results in lower water saturation - improving relative permeability. Lowered surface tension reduces
Moreover, atleast 55- M Ton Certified Crane with appropriate Slings and Shackles would be required to carry out the entire
Coiled Tubing Operation.
Please feel free to contact if you require any further assistance. Finally, please accept all our appreciation and respect.
Sincerely Yours,
Umar Mushtaq

2 Job Objective
Below is the objective required from CT, Nitrogen, Pumping & Thru Tubing Services:
1. Nitrogen Lift
To Unload the liquid column before cutting the tail assembly.
2. Matrix Stimulation
Challenges:
To ensure complete flow back of treatment fluids from formation
To achieve uniform zonal coverage with Matrix Treatment as net interval is more than 30 ft
2 Well Schematic
3 Technical Discussion
Silt & Particle Removal Acid:
The Silt & Particle Removal Acid SRA system is formulated with a special surfactant and iron/particle suspending agent that
allows maximum removal and flow back of mud and suspended particles.

8 Job Procedures
Nitrogen Lifting
1. Perform route analysis and site assessment for heavy vehicle transportation and unit spotting.
2. Conduct pre job safety meeting for equipment spotting and rig-up.
3. R/U nitrogen pumping line with 1502 2" Thread Connection on CSG Annulus. Pressure test against LTV at 5,000 psi.
4. Discuss operation with all concerned personnel at location and SPRINT crew.
5. Manage to line up nitrogen pumper for continuous nitrogen pumping.
1. Cool down nitrogen unit and start pumping nitrogen at maximum possible rate within pressure limits of WH or Pressure
Test value.
2. Keep Pumping nitrogen till wellbore fluids are recovered.
3. Increase pumping rate as pressure keeps an incremental trend.
4. Reduce pumping rate as pressure starts to drop.
5. Once the wellbore is displaced with nitrogen, stop nitrogen pumping.
Matrix Stimulation
1. Perform route analysis and site assessment for heavy vehicle transportation and unit spotting.
2. Conduct pre job safety meeting for equipment spotting and rig-up.
3. R/U electronics and calibrate pumping rate.
4. R/U pumping line at CT reel manifold and kill line. Pressure test against Kill Valve and CT Reel Manifold at 5000 psi.
5. Make up CT Roll on connector Connector and pull test to 5,000 lbs. Pressure Tvest CT Connector at regular intervals
from 500 psi Min and 5000 psi Max.
6. Make up BHA as per BHA Diagram.
7. R/U injector head and pressure test the entire setup against intervention valve at 3000 psi for 10 minutes.
8. Bleed pressure from CT reel manifold and pressure test DFCV at 1,500 psi for 10 minutes.
Note: Record all tests on REAM
9. Discuss operation with all concerned personnel at location and Sprint crew.
10. Measure and record Rig - Up measurements. Zero CT depth counter, adjust stripper pressure and prepare to RIH CT.
• RIH slowly at 40 feet/min with. Pass very carefully through any restrictions and reduce CT speed to 10-15 feet/min.
• Station CT at 12,497 ft & follow below pumping schedule.
Note: SPRINT Engineer will recalculate the speeds at location based on achieved pumping rate.
Increase nitrogen rate if returns are observed weak. Adjust the pumping rate of Liquid accordingly to encountered pressure.

Note: Do not give any soaking time as pumping time is above 6 hours.
Note: Corrosion Inhibitor is added for 24 hrs protection time for CT and is 4 times the time required for pumping the treatment
volume.
• If the well shows stabilized behavior then keep monitoring it till pH gets normal.
• If the well quits to flow at any time then it is recommended to kick-off the well with nitrogen till it indicates stabilized behavior.
Note: Displace out Acid from wellbore including rat hole if well behavior is poor or week.
• Station CT at 12,271 ftfor Kick - off point after consenting with MPCL representative.
Note: Perform Kickoff at 750 scf/min.
