Terms and Conditions of Transfer:

 NEFT/RTGS request is subject to regulations and guidelines governed by RBI.

 All payment instructions have been checked carefully by the Remitter.
 Incomplete application shall be rejected at the sole risk of Remitter.
 Credit will be affected solely on beneficiary account number and not on beneficiary name.
 Beneficiary account number and IFSC are correct.
 Bank will deduct applicable charges from my/our account for this transfer.
 Fund transfer once executed will be irrevocable.
 Cash transfer applicable only to walk-in-customer and Indo-Nepal Remittance through NEFT with a
maximum cap as prescribed by RBI.
 In event of any delay in completion of fund transfer or any loss on account of error in the execution of
the fund transfer as requested by the remitter, bank’s liability shall be limited to the extent of payment
of interest at the Bank Rate for the period of delay in case of delayed payment and refund of the
amount together with interest at the Bank Rate of refund, in event of loss on account of error,
negligence or fraud on part of any employee of the bank.
 Bank is not bound by any notice of revocation for this fund transfer.
 Requests received after cut-off time will be presented to RBI on next working day.
