How a Successful Business Leader Should Be

A leader is visionary person who leads the people and gives them a direction. I think

there are always specific goals that are needed to be achieved, and a leader is the one who

motivates others and leads them from the front. A manager is one who performs routine

tasks however; a leader has a broader vision, and is bold, has foresight with high moral

values and should be able to inspire other people. In my opinion, a leader should be bold,

have foresight with high moral values, and should be able to inspire other people. We

need leaders in each and every field of life.

First of all, a leader should be courageous and brave enough to make bold decision in

every situation. There is always a changing situation and it is needed to be deal with

brave and timely decisions. Followers of a leader look towards the leader. Therefore, a

leader should be bold enough to fulfil their expectation. With confidence, a leader can

lead through thick and thin. A leader should have information from politics to business,

education, social welfare and industry. We need good leaders everywhere. It is said

leaders are born, not made but I disagree with it. Each person has some qualities that

make it them unique from others.

Second, high moral values are always expected from the leaders because they are role

model for the other. A leader should follow the morality principles being practiced in the

society. Character of a leader is tested repeatedly by his actions. Therefore, leaders

should set examples for their followers.

In conclusion, leaders cannot achieve the objectives alone. They need to develop the team

spirit. For excellence performance, organizations need more leaders than mangers.
