Key Responsibilities
Sets unit goals and develops strategies to achieve desired financial and customer service objectives.
Prepares and monitors unit budget.
Reviews unit financials monthly, including P&L, to assure financial targets are met.
Recommends unit capital expenditures, facilities and equipment upgrades.
Develops staffing plans to meet identified unit objectives.
Assures efficiency in ordering, receiving and storage process for the unit.
Establishes the customer service expectations for the unit including staff training, and processes to
gather and respond to customer feedback and suggestions.
