Description: This project was driven and conducted by Shapoorji Pallonji Group of Companies limited(SP-EPC Afcons) in
Guinea, West Africa.The project was to improve and standardise the movement of bauxite from source(mines) to destination
(port to ship offloading) via a 6 km long conveyor system which was automatically controlled.
Our scope was to build the transfer towers and the smooth installation of conveyer belt which was completed on time.

Role: Created a conducive environment for staff and workers for smooth process. Also monitored Facility Management and
Payroll Management.
