Good morning.

My name is Czesarine Precious Jade Manibog and I am running for student council president.

This election presents us all with a clear choice. It is a choice between continuing things the way they
have always been done or electing leaders who can bring fresh ideas and perspectives.

I believe that my experience and personality will help me offer new ideas. Above all, I believe my most
important job will be to listen to you and to communicate with you regularly.

This morning I am asking for your vote. Here are a few ideas I believe we can achieve together:

1. We will provide opportunities for the student body to grow and succeed during the projects and
events that we will be holding. We will also encourage you guys to be active members of the
Sola community by doing your part in making change. We will do these through the Alay sa
Belen wherein you will be able to help those who are in need, the campus clean up, to make our
school cleaner, the Student-Teacher Swap, so that we can provide an opportunity for you guys to
grow.

2. We aim to foster school spirit and a sense of community within the student body. And we can do
this by working together. We also try to instill the students’ love for school, and a sense of
belonging, whether it be between the students, between the orgs of Sola, or between different
campuses.

3. We will serve as good examples to the student body in embodying values that Sola stands for. If
elected, you, as the student body, will be giving us your trust with the plans and commitments
we’ve spoken about today are carried out during our term. We will also do our best to become a
good representation of all of you.

4. We will ensure that your voices will be heard, especially to the admin, the teachers, and to other
students as well. We want to be able to cater to your preferences and be able to conduct
activities and projects to do what we want as a student body.

As you can see, the future depends on our ability to work together. Cooperation and teamwork will get
us far. If you elect me as your president, I vow to lead with openness and honesty.

I will lead with your best interests in mind. I welcome all ideas of your ideas for making our school
better.

I know voting for someone requires a lot of trust. I am willing to work hard every day to earn your trust.
I humbly ask this morning for your vote. Together we can achieve great things. Thank you for listening!
