But being a new employee is natural, because the more mistakes I make, the more I learn, with a note that I won't repeat it. When I made a mistake, I became more and more aware of how to work right with reasonable reasons. Imagine if I always work right and I don't make mistakes, I will only know what I do, I will not know why this is done. After I made a mistake, my boss and co-worker explained a reasonable reason and provided the best solution. After I made this mistake, I became more aware of the jobdesc. What I learned from the mistakes is the best solution that i kept from the evaluation. Q: Describe a situation when you had to encourage a group of people to work together. If one of the tires is damaged, the car will falter to get to the destination. Therefore, the purpose of the boss here is to repair the tire, so that if there are members who are not in line, the boss's job is to know what the cause is and provide the best solution. After all members have 1 goal with the boss, the group will be easy to achieve their goals without a problem.
