The design of the presentations was patterned into parallel

sessions. Prof. Atutubo was also given the chance by the
IAFOR to lead the Sunday Session 1, dated March 31 under the
Teaching and Learning category. As the Session Chairperson,
she was tasked to lead the presentation and assume the
facilitation of the proceedings from laying the ground rules,
to the introduction of the researchers. She was also tasked to
moderate the questions raised every after each research
presentation. In attendance were audience-participants from
the different countries in the world such as United States,
Estonia and Taiwan.

Atutubo presented a qualitative study highlighting the skills

and traits manifested by most SSC instructors. By this, she
proves that the quality of education, stems not just from each
teacher's passion for the profession but the constant effort to
improve oneself.
