in this market but there are others. I'll use Google as the example. Put simply you can earn money from a website just
by placing Google Advertisements on your site. Yes, advertisers will pay Google money each time someone clicks on

a link advertising their product or services. If you have a website or page with some interesting content then you just
add a few lines of Google code to you webpage and Google will automatically display advertisements on your page. If
someone clicks on any one of the Google supplied advertisements then you'll get paid some percentage of what the
original advertiser paid to have the advertisement displayed. As an affiliate marketer you'll need to be aware of both
sides of these transactions. The people who pay Google to advertise their products or services participate in Google's

AdWords program. The affiliate marketers that receive money for providing advertising space on WebPages are
participating in Google's AdSense program. You can also use Google AdWords to advertise the product or service
you wish to promote but do be careful or you can easily spend more money than your earn!

Google AdSense can be a great source of revenue but sometimes the revenue you earn for a click can be as
low as one cent. How you attract the high paying clicks is another topic and it can be done. If however you

were advertising a product that you earned $20, $30, $50 or more then you could see how your income could
grow quite quickly. The true high earning affiliate marketer is earning commissions by selling other people

products.

There are literally thousands of products being sold via affiliates in this manner. Most affiliate programs are similar in

concept in that you do not have to create the best-selling product, compose the best sales letter, provide after-sales
support to customers or handle concerns and problems all this is done for you.

There are thousands of companies selling their own product or products or services via their own administered
affiliate program. There are also some organisations that specialise in doing all that is necessary to manage affiliate
programs for hundreds of vendors. Clickbank is one of the longest established companies and has a catalogue of
over 10,000 products available to be delivered electronically. As an affiliate marketer you could select a range of

products to promote all from the clickbank market place and you'd receive one payment regardless of how many
different products you promote and how many different suppliers.

I hope the penny is beginning to drop - we are not talking about get rich schemes, rather we are describing genuine
businesses which with consistent hard work you can develop and grow to become a real income. The secret to

making a great income is to get traffic to your website for the minimum of cost.
