Name of Corporation

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

The undersigned incorporators, all of legal age and a majority of whom are residents of the
Philippines, have this day voluntarily agreed to form a non-stock corporation under the laws of
Republic of the Philippines.

AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY:

FIRST: That the name of the sais association shall be:

IBALOI TRIBE ASSOCIATION GROUP, INC ( ITAG )

SECOND: That the purpose or purposes for which such corporation is incorporated are:

1. Acts as partners of the LGU in the development of the community, in pursuit of noble
activities and help in promoting the welfare of the Indigenous Peoples (IP’s).
2. To preserve the best cultural beliefs and traditional practices of Ivadoy Tribe and respect
among others tribes within the Municipality of Alfonso Castaneda, Nueva Vizcaya.
3. To assist stakeholders and governments units in the enforcement of laws especially in the
maintenance of peace and order.
4. To represent Tribal issues or concern to the Sangguniang Bayan of Alfonso Castaneda,
Nueva Vizcaya
5. Adopt projects or perform other action not contrary to legal laws which may deemed
necessary for the welfare of the community.

THIRD: That the principal office of the association is located in the Municipality of Alfonso
Castaneda, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines.

FOURTH: That the term for which the sais association is to exist is Fifty (50) years from and
after the date of issuance of the certificate of incorporation.

FIFTH: That the names, nationalities and residences of the incorporators of the association are
as follows:

EIGHT: That no part of the income which the corporation may obtained as an incident to its
operation shall be distributed as dividends to its members, trustees or officers subject to the
provisions of Corporation Code on dissolution and any profits obtained as a result of its
operation, whenever necessary or proper for the furtherance of the purpose enumerated in Article
II, subject to provisions of Title XI of the Corporation Code of the Philippines.

NINTH: That MR. LUTHER BATANES has been elected by the members as Treasurer of the
association with the By-Laws, and that such Treasurer, he has been authorized to receive for and
in the name and for the benefits of the association, all contributions or donations paid or given by
the members.

TENTH: That the corporation manifest its willingness to change its corporate name in the event
another person, firm, or entity has acquired a prior right to use the said firm name or one
deceptively of confusingly similar to it.

ELEVENTH: That the corporation shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Securities
and Exchange Commission for Non-Stock corporation in the course of its operation.

IN WTNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto signed this Article of Incorporation, this May 10,
2019 in the Municipality of Alfonso Castaneda, Nueva Vizcaya, and Republic of the Philippines.
