MY FAVORITE LEADER
OR
QUALITIES OF A GOOD
LEADER
INTRODUCTION:
EXPECT THE BEST, PREPARE THE WORST.
-QUAID E AZAM MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH.
A leader is someone who influences his people, in order to influence people he has to possess
certain qualities. My favorite leader is Sir Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He was a lawyer and politician
by profession. (TOPIC SENTENCE) He was born on 25 December 1876 in Karachi and died on 11
September 1948. He’s the founder of our beloved country Pakistan. He served as the leader of
All-India Muslim League from 1913 till Pakistan’s creation on 14 August 1947. He was Pakistan’s
first governor-general. He is known as Quaid-e-Azam (“Great Leader”) and Baba-e-Qoum (“Father
of Nation”). He’s buried in his Tomb in Karachi (Mazaar-e-Quaid). He possessed every single
quality of a good leader this is why he’s my favorite leader. Some of his qualities are listed below:

HONESTY AND INTEGRITY:

Working honestly for your people is very important. It is the most important principle of
leadership and it is dependent on integrity because it demands truthfulness and honesty. For a
leader it is very important to speak the truth even if it is ugly. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali
Jinnah was an honest leader he never comforted his people with lies. It was one of his best

DECISION-MAKING CAPABILITIES:
A leader should be capable enough to make big decisions correctly and according to the
situation. Being a leader, one might face situation in which he will have to make a suitable and
important decision in seconds. A person can be leader only if he will have the capability of
making decisions. Muhammad Ali Jinnah possessed this quality very well. He always knew what
was right for his people as he was aware of the blind trust people had on him. (SUPPORTING

INPIRING OTHERS:
Being a leader, one should be inspirative. If he will inspire his people then the people who want
to be a leader in future will follow him and more good leaders will be found in a country. Quaid-
e-Azam always inspired the youth. People until tpday want to follow him and want to be a

CONCLUSION:
A good leader must be honest, a good decision maker, a good communicator, and inspiring for
the youth. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a great leader and he is still known for his
leadership skills.
