Obtained Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Sciences in the year 1989 and thereafter for about 25 years
served Olivetti, ICIM, TIS, Virgo Softech Limited in middle & top management cadre in various leadership roles.

Significantly, I had been associated with Virgo Softech Limited from 1997 till 2016. I joined the board of
directors in year 2003 and have worked in the capacity of Whole Time Director and COO from year 2003 till
2016, enriching the company with my in depth knowledge of IT and ITES. I had been instrumental in winning
and executing many large multi million dollars ITES projects from Government of India in the e-governance
space. I had been a key propeller in the phenomenal growth of the company taking it from a few millions to a
few hundred millions.

Have many first to my credit such as implementation and issuance of the (SCOSTA) “Smart Card Operating
System for Transport Application” based Vehicle Registration Certificate for the Vehicle Registration project of
the transport department of the states of Delhi and Maharashtra in India..

Had been instrumental in successfully winning and implementing the first Smart Card Based Ration Cards
project from department of Food and Public Distribution, Union Territory of Chandigarh; implementation of
the automated Public Distribution System for Government of Delhi which includes the computerization of the
PDS system and service delivery at all the 100 odd circle offices of department of food in Delhi.

Had also been a designated Project Director by Transport Department, Government of Delhi, for the Vehicle
Registration project for implementation of smart vehicle registration project which entailed issuance of approx
20 million Vehicle registration certificates to Vehicle owners through citizen service windows, in the state of
Delhi and Maharashtra in India.

Had successfully implemented many projects in various states of India for computerization and publishing of
Elector Rolls and issuance of Elector Photo Identity Cards to the citizens of India through citizen service
centers.

Have the distinction of being a consultant to Election Commission of India on the Computerization of Electoral
in India.
Had been the Director (operations) for prestigious AADHAAR cards project and had overseen the enrolments
of 50 million residents of India into biometric database for Unique Identification Authority of India in the states
of UP, MP, Gujarat, Punjab, Chandigarh, Kerala, Haryana.

Various white papers and concept notes authored by me on various e-governance projects of Government of
India, such as PDS (Public Distribution System), Pollution Control, Biometric Authentication, etc has been well
taken by the Government of India and is on the various stages of Implementation by the central and state
governments.

Recent Engagements:

Founder and CEO of a startup (still under wraps for obvious reasons -😊) slated to see light of the day in first
week of August 2018. Working relentlessly with a mix of young and energetic team of IITians on the
development side; and balancing it with IT industry veterans on the advisory side.

Had been associated for almost a year with Highering.co (http://www.highering.co ) ; an US based Human
Capital Management Startup as one of the advisor. I had been entrusted the task of setting up of a center of
excellence for talent management in India with the focus on US markets; and also taking the Highering.co to
the next level of operations in the field of Remote Talent Management and offshore Project Management.

Promoter and Managing Partner in an Agro based floriculture company Indi Agro Products

in controlled environment using Naturally Ventilated Poly house technology, and is located in western Uttar
Pradesh in India. The company is also providing the consultancy services and training in setting up technical
and modern agriculture units for a very high yield of selected crops
