Technical Skills

Expertise with one of the following scripting languages;

Python, R,
Applying statistical and machine learning techniques, such as, mean-variance, k-
means, support vector, Bayesian time-series and network analysis to identify
outliers, classify events or actors, and correlate anomalous sequences of events.
Proven track record and experience with statistical modeling/data mining algorithms

Qualifications for Data Scientist :

- Experience : 4-5 years

- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.

- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python etc.)

- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, linear regression, logistic

regression, decision tree learning, random forest, xgboost, timeseries models, SVM, artificial
neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.

- Knowledge of basic statistical concepts (Central Limit Theorem, ANOVA, Z and T Statistics,
Moments, Hypothesis Testing, etc.) and advanced statistical concepts (Gradient Boosting,
Regularization, SMOT etc.).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams. A drive to learn
and master new technologies and techniques.

Additional Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in Webscrapping, NLP, RNN, CNN etc. is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in Supply Chain is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in SAP is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in using web services: Redshift, S3 is a plus
