Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

The Nueva Ecija Southern Baptist Youth Fellowship will have a 4-day Campus Ministry Training in
Eco Park, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija this coming April 15-18, 2019. This will be attended by a total
150 delegates, who are students, clergy (pastors) and lay leaders from Nueva Ecija. The main
objective of the said event is to mold young people to be responsible member of the society by
integrating and practicing the values of the church.

In line with this matter, we would like to request for your permission to excuse MS. JANNET
PARICA FRANCISO from duty as an On-The-Job Trainee, on April 15-16, 2018, who will be one of
the Leaders during the activity and an organizer of the training, which date falls to be her 1st day
of duty.
