Job description Position: Data Administrator for Demand planning and Replenishment

Department: Demand Planning/P&D/Operations

Key objectives
Manage all data supporting to Aurora project of S&OP process and demand planning
Support Replenishment Planner during her maternity period in managing daily GT & MT orders

Job Responsibilities
Data management regarding Aurora project
- Update daily, weekly and monthly data tracking for sales in, sales out, free goods
- Track forecast accuracy and bias on weekly and monthly basis for sales in and sales out
- Prepare materials for monthly cycle S&OP meetings (demand talk-sheets, forecast waterfall…)
- Maintain master data for demand planning function
- Upload consensus S&OP forecast to APO system
- Prepare monthly Hub reports
Replenishment order management
- Manage day-to-day communication to distributors and FCV Modern Trade Team regarding to order
details as well as sales achievement
- Manage daily replenishment orders to GT channel
- Manage stock at distributors in assigned region
- Process sales orders from MT customers

The incumbent must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the
job:
- Education: Bachelor degree with relevant major (supply chain, logistics…)
- Experience: not required. A fresh graduate or graduate with not more than 2 years of working
experience
- Skills: fluent in English, excellent in Microsoft Offices (especially M. Excel), SAP/APO knowledge would
be a plus; communication skill; analytical skill; problem solving skill

This job description is effective per the signing date. When the Labor contract signed between the
incumbent and the Company is extended or re-signed for the same position, this job description will be
effective per the effective date of the Labor contract.
