Summary This document contains information on operation of the SMLCD for the elevator
controls Miconic TX-GC and Miconic 10-GC. As the hardware platform is identical
for both control types, 'control' as generic term for both will be used throughout this
document. If a special feature applies only to Miconic TX-GC or to Miconic 10-GC,
this is indicated explicitly.
The information in this document applies to GCIO360 software version 1.45 or
higher. It is not valid for control versions implemented in NA.

K604005 Chapter 1: Basics and Menu Tree
Introduction The Service Module LCD (SMLCD) for the Miconic TX-GC / 10-GC control is
integrated on the ASILOG3 PCB in the control cabinet AS. It is used for
commissioning, setting of parameters, and for diagnostic purposes. This chapter
contains basic information on operation of the SMLCD for Miconic TX-GC / 10-GC,
including the menu tree which is used for navigation in the SMLCD functions.
Overview Picture The following picture shows the section of the ASILOG3 PCB in the control cabinet
where the SMLCD is integrated:

Menu Tree The table below describes the SMLCD menu hierarchy. Please observe the
following points:
l use the SMLCD keys to navigate in the menu structure as described above
l there are remarks for some menu items which indicate if the respective item is
not available for all configurations (for details, see table footnotes)
l in the Parameter menu, there is a type for each individual parameter indicated
(for details, see chapter 6, 'Parameter')
l the last column indicates whether it is required to log in (P = password required)
