Consequence upon the directions of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division (M&R)
Sargodha vide his letter endst No.3305-08/C Dated.23.06.2017 ​following staff is hereby deputed
for collection of toll tax on Mianwali Muzaffargarh Road at Toll Plaza Khansar District
Bhakkar in Government / public interest with effect from 1​st July 2017 at 0.00 am to onward
till further orders are up till the auction of said toll plaza.

Note:-
1. Shift / duty In-charge are directed here by to properly take over/hand over the charge from
each other over the Toll Tax Register being maintained at toll plaza, mentioning their duty
hours, cash collected and passes issued to local vehicles. It is also directed to submit to this
office daily counter books along-with traffic count sheet dully signed by the Shift / duty
in-charge and his allied/field staff.
2. The Tax collection amount will be deposited daily, to the SDC in Sub Divisional Office, and he
is herby directed to ensure the deposit of daily Tax amount in National Bank and to reconcile it
from District Accounts Office, Bhakkar on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
3. The duty of any official can be changed at any time in the interest of Government without
assigning any reason thereof.
4. The shift / duty in-charge of each group will be responsible for any embezzlement of
Government money.
5. Mr. Najeeb Ullah Khan Highway Inspector, are focal person and are further directed to manage
/ follow up of the sanction of the skilled staff, T&P, Chit books and other utilities if so
desired/required.
6. The departmental collection is the sole responsibility of shift/duty in-charge concerned to
arrange all efforts for collection of toll tax departmentally and keep strict supervision upon toll
collection so that Government interest is watched properly to refrain embezzlement.
7. The duty roster of allied/field staff has been separately issued for compliance.

1. The Executive Engineer, (M&R) Highway Division, Sargodha for kind information and
confirmation / approval with reference to his letter quoted as above.
It is also requested that

i. Your good self may please check the collection activities at site because the job is very
important and the staff is not well trained.
ii. The sanction of at least 8 skilled persons may kindly be granted for proper run of toll
tax collection.
iii. The sanction for printing of Chit books may kindly be granted from Printing Press.
iv. The sanction of purchase of necessary items may kindly be accorded as per site
requirement.
v. The District Police Officer Bhakkar may kindly be requested to direct the S.H.O. Police
Station Tana Sadar for the security of toll tax staff to avoid any mishap.
2. The shift / duty In-charge stated as above for information and strict compliance.
3. SDC for information and necessary action please.

In compliance of letter quoted under reference, this office has to take over

the possession of Toll Plaza Fateh Pur at MM Road on 30-06-2013, at 12.00 PM,

(01-07-2013 at 0.00 AM), for departmental collection.

In this connection it is requested, that S.H.O. Police Station, Fateh Pur may

kindly be directed for the security of Toll Tax Staff, to avoid any mishap and to remain

present, at the time of taking over the possession as stated above.

Khan, 69-D Faisal Town Lahore, Contractor Toll Plaza ​Today ​on 01-07-2008 at 0:00 hours.
The Handing/Taking over charge report dully signed by undersigned, contractor’s
representative and all other witness present at site and list of infrastructure handed over to
contractor also enclosed.
