Sr. Consultant, Management Consulting, Finance Effectiveness, PricewaterhouseCoopers, July 2018 to Present-
 Designed a Process Excellence framework for a Dutch based manufacturer.
 Supported building a Process maturity assessment (Procure to Pay and Record to Report) for a
leading multinational engineering and Electronics Company.
 Currently, working as a Program Manager for one of the largest Indian FMCG managing Digital
Finance initiatives for P2P and Tax compliance. Projects include e-invoicing transformation including
freight vendors, Chat BOT solution for Vendors, RPA for taxation etc.

WIPRO Limited, May 2014 to July 2018

Finance Shared service & Pre-sales Consultant, Deputy Manager, Wipro Limited– June 2016 to July’18
Consulting assignments involved process feasibility study, solution design and transformation road-map. Responsibilities
included, not confined to:
 Restructuring Customer’s organization, who were essentially looking for an in-house process
transformation, both Digital and Functional, or outsourcing. The role included following a backwards
approach from customer’s existing organization structure, identifying key challenges and suggesting
a way forward defined by a target operating model and a suitable business case.
 Helped Swiss based Multinational Corporation in moving their operations from 6 countries in APAC
to an offshore Shared Service Center in India.
 Building collaterals and POVs for capability generation in the Market.

Finance Operations & Transformation, Assistant Manager, WIPRO Limited - May 2014 to June 2016

Finance Transformation & Delivery Assurance lead
