favour of Bry-Air (Asia) Pvt. Ltd

Supervision of Installation and Commissioning Charges : Rs. 10 ,000/- for each unit plus GST extra as applicable (currently @

Please note that physical installation (table/wall bracket, making holes, electrical connection,loading/unloading of materials etc)
shall not be in our scope, but supervision of installation and commissioning will be done by us.
Terms of Payment : 40% as advance, balance against PI prior to despatch.

Despatch : From the date of receipt of your technically and commercially clear order along with the specified / agreed advance,
we shall endeavor to despatch the equipment from our Plant at Gurgaon within 3-4 weeks subject to force majeure.

Taxes & Duties:

 Packing charges : @ 3 %
 Local forwarding charges : Rs. 500/- for each unit.
 Transit Insurance : @ 1%.
 GST-- @18%
 Freight to destination, Octroi (if any) shall be extra to your account, as applicable.

Validity: This offer is open for acceptance till 30/08/2019 from the date of quotation and subject to confirmation thereafter.

General Terms and Conditions: This offer is exclusive of any items not specified above and scope and operation of the contract
