Mariam - When I’m Feeling ANGRY

emotions

It was lovely to see you have developed an interest in books


lately, Mariam. One day, I was sitting on the couch when you
came with a book. “Teacher Nur, let’s read a book”, you said
while you sat beside me. You read the title of the book, “When
I’m feeling ANGRY”. I asked you, how would you look if you
were angry. You looked at the cover page of the book and
showed me your angry face.

You kept reading the book until the last page. In one of the
page, you discover a method to help you manage your anger by
taking a big breath in. You showed me how to take a big breath
in and out just like what is in the book.

Masha Allah, Mariam, you are a very smart girl. You were able
to connect what was in the story with your own emotions.

Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon


him) as saying: The strong-man is not one who wrestles well
but the strong man is one who controls
himself when he is in a fit of rage.
