I saw the advertisement on the facebook page of MSU- IIT Guidance and Counseling Center
Hiring Advertisements that your company is looking for a Human Resource Staff. With this, I
am submitting my application letter for the position.

I finished my degree on Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology from MSU- Iligan Institute of
Technology. Even though I am only a fresh graduate, you will see from my resume that I have
experienced my on-the-job training at several institutions and company. With this, I was exposed
to different fields such as community, industry and clinical setting. My experienced in these
different fields have taught me skills such as conducting different psychological tests, dealing
with people with different personality and most especially administration skills which I believe
