CHAPTER 1
BACKGROUND OF THE PROBLEM
1.1 INTRODUCTION
During 25 years ago the practice of health care has changed, so has the
practice of medical public relations. If anything, the variances in health care have
made the advertising capacity progressively perceived, increasingly vital, and
increasingly huge. One such strategy for assessment is the correspondence review.
This paper incorporates a short outline of the correspondence review idea pursued
by a contextual investigation dependent on a review led for a little, multicultural
non-benefit social insurance office. One bit of proof: a study of in excess of 150
top advertising firms recorded health care as one of the three quickest developing
zones of. (JULIE K. HENDERSON, 2005)
The proposed healthcare monitoring system will store the profiles and
information of the patients/community in data storage with privacy and limited
access only to healthcare workers, the healthcare workers will be able to monitor
and update the medical records concisely, the information will be used for medical
studies in the next future researchers/students.
2.1 Introduction
This chapter will focus on the literature review. It will cover a period of
1997 to 2011 and will discuss about the concept of the management system, which
is the most common problem relating to the system, techniques and basic
requirement for this system. This chapter introduces the definition of
computerized system, the GSM modem and also factors that cause the
management systems to fail and explain the similar systems.
The one who manages the files and information of the barangay for it will
bring easy access to the data they need. This will also eliminate tons of papers
they usually keep and allow the system to store it in such a manner that can be
easily accessed.
2.2.2Residents
It will be easy for them to access their records of there are some changes to
be done on their part. It will also be easier for them to request some information
and services because of the information is properly secured and maintained
through the use of the proposed system.
2.2.3Future Researchers
2.2.4Researchers
It’s no surprise SQL (pronounced ‘sequel’) tops the job list since it can be
found far and wide in various flavors. Database technologies such as MySQL,
PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server power big businesses, small businesses,
hospitals, banks, universities. Indeed, just about every computer and person with
access to technology eventually touches something SQL. For instance, all Android
phones and iPhones have access to a SQL database called SQLite and many
mobile apps developed Google, Skype and DropBox use it directly.

3.1 Methodology
The purpose of this chapter is to talk about the research methodology which is
followed by researcher for this research study. This invention concerns a system
for monitoring patient health information based on acuity data representative of
severity of a medical condition, treatment orders and laboratory test results of
patients (J. E. Marlatt, 2006). The study contains a cross requirements analysis by
collecting data using the monitoring system. The chapter contains sections and
present of the requirements analysis, requirements documentations and design of
software systems, product and/or processes.
