Chocolate Quente

Esta bebida de chocolate é uma das preferidas em minha casa e apesar de se chamar ‘quente’ fica também muito boa fria, ou mesmo gelada.

Podemos usar o chocolate preto que mais gostarmos e a percentagem de cacau pode variar. Para os mais pequenos, quando a percentagem de
cacau é muito alta, costumo juntar um pouco de açúcar integral.

Este chocolate quente é ideal para quem tem intolerância ou não quer consumir leite animal pois é feito apenas com água e caju. Também não leva
nenhum tipo de farinha para engrossar pois o caju, depois de aquecido, faz muito bem esse papel.

Ingredientes:

200 g (1 tablete) de chocolate preto sem glúten

50 g de caju cru
850 g/ml de água filtrada

 Sempre que possível opte por ingredientes biológicos.

Preparação:

1. Num processador ou liquidificador coloque o chocolate partido em pedaços e o caju. Triture bem até obter uma farinha.
2. Junte a água e volte a triturar até a mistura estar totalmente lisa. *
3. Leve ao lume médio e, com umas varas, vá mexendo de vez em quando até começar a engrossar, cerca de 10 minutos.
4. Sirva quente ou frio.

* Prove e se necessário junte um pouco de açúcar integral (mel, maple syrup, rapadura ou açúcar de coco)
