employment at a shop where I can gain practical experience and continue to learn and strengthen my

· Currently enrolled in the HVAC-R program and on track to graduate in the spring of 2018.

· Responsible for the upkeep of 120 rooms and their amenities (which includes individual air handlers),
a commercial kitchen with walk-in freezer and cooler, 6 high efficiency boilers, 5 domestic hot water
heaters, and 2 outdoor chillers.
· Created and implemented basic preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and tools.
· Other responsibilities include drywall repair, painting, plumbing, coil and vent cleaning, changing air
filters, testing safety devices, replacing fan belts and motors, mounting hardware, reading building
blueprints, and keeping an ordered workspace.

· MN DOLI Boiler Operator’s License- Special Engineer

· EPA 608 Universal Certification
