Instruction how to proceed with embroidery files and data sheets

Generally, we have files for three different kind of materials

Fleece and midlayer materials such as used on Innominata, Aconcagua or Yadkin midlayers

Hardshell/Softshell/woven materials for shirts

T-Shirts, Polo Shirts or Sweatshirts like Dri Release, organic cotton, sweatshirt logo wear

There is one Mammut symbol with eye, ear and tusk empty. This is for both genders. But at the
moment only for hardshell and shirt materials.

There are per gender each three different Mammut Writings.

Version 1 is for polo, t-shirt and sweatshirt.
Version 2 is for knit and fleece materials
Version 3 is for hardshell/softshell and shirt materials

49668 = file number

Mammut Writing = embroidery
55.5x5mm = size of embroidery
Polo, t-shirt, sweatshirt = material type

Every embroidery is available for ZSK (extention DSZ) and for Tajima (extention DST) machines.

The following needles are recommended for most materials:

Grotz-Beckert DB X K5 Nm 65/9 FFG/SES

For materials around or less than 160gr/m²: Grotz-Beckert DB X K5 Nm 60/8 FFG/SES

For Fleece or knit: Grotz-Beckert DB X K5 Nm 70/10 FFG/SES
