ADVANTAGES:

 This will allow users to access and act on data easily

 Advance features can help filter data needed by criteria
 Users can download bulk data statistical/ visual analysis

DISADVANTAGES:

 Costly but the result will satisfy users

 Time constraints on the designing period

ACA 2: Invest on training and seminar on how to access and fully understand the
procurement system

ADVANTAGES:

 Participants will be knowledgeable on how to access the system

 Familiarization of the procurement process
 It is cheaper to educate participants

Disadvantages:
  May be limited only to participating agencies

Advantages:

 Can ensure integrity of public procurement

 Standardize procurement procedure
 Help combat corruption and inefficiency in public procurement

Disadvantages:

 Hundreds of law focuses on public procurement

 Agency wouldn’t follow procurement rule and abide local government code
