Professional Profile

I am a Mining Engineer dedicated to the planning and exploitation of

underground as well as open pit mines.

Currently, I am an Operations Manager at mine Farallón Negro (Agua de

Dionisio Mining Deposits). As a replacement of the General Mine Superintendent, I am
in charge of Mine Operations, Processing Plant and Technical Mining Services.

Formerly, I was assistant to the Mine Planning Superintendent at Mine Aguilar

(Mine Aguilar Co. PLC) I was in charge of developing short and long-term underground
and open pit projects as well as the design of long hole drilling patterns, design support
for the ventilation and water pumping system.

I was also responsible for short-term planning at Manantial Espejo (Mining

Company Triton Argentina ltd.); furthermore, I was in charge of short and medium-
term planning at mine Bajo de la Alumbrera (Alumbrera Co - Glencore-Xstrata
International). In both companies I was responsible for weekly mine planning and
monthly estimations of mine and dumps.

In all my previous positions, I was involved in improving engineering standards

of design security; resource optimization (productivity, haulage, etc.) and analysis and
reduction of overhead costs. Coordination with the areas of technical services, mine
operating and concentrator. Follow-up and control of mining plans. General reporting.
Replacement of the area’s superintendent.

As the Chief of Section at underground mine Mine San José – Hochschild PLC,
I was in charge of the execution and fulfilling of short and medium-term mining plans,
analysis and improvement in exploitation variables, monitoring compliance with safety
standards of operating. In charge of development, production y mine services for the
fulfillment of production plans.

As Shift Supervisor at underground mine Mine San José – Hochschild PLC, I

was in charge of executing and fulfilling short-term mining plans, resource
distribution, measurement of exploitation variables, monitoring compliance with safety
standards of operating. In charge of development, preparation, production and mine
services (ventilation, water pumping, compressed air, etc.) for the fulfillment of
production plans. I was also responsible for reporting on explosive materials to RENAR.
