Analysis of comparison of institutional data with kalpvasis

 The satisfied people of institution from services like display panel which updating
information about train running status, bus status and display boards indicating
directions to specific locations or ashrams was 59.1%, 56% and 65.8% while kalpvasis
was 45.3%, 54.7%, 76.8% which is almost above 50%.
 The satisfied institutional people from Number of Signboards and Directions was
76.7% while of kalpvasis 95.8% because of sufficient no. of signboards and directions
set up at every end of street.
 89.5% Kalpvasis were happy with communication and announcement and of institution
were 72% because of better hoarding within Mela.
 41.5% institutions were satisfied from website which was developed for Kumbh in
Praygraj while no kalpvasis were 40%. This no. is so low because about 80% people
come there are come under age group 60 above and do not use smartphone, also lack
of knowledge about website, social site.
 Also, only 36.8% kalpvasis were use app developed for Kumbh in Praygraj and of
institutions 34.7%, used mainly by new generation people fall into age group below 40.
 Satisfied kalpvasis from quality of network tower and internet service was 74.7% and
38.9% while institutional people were 64.2% and 53.6%. Networks like BSNL AIRTEL
were good there.
 The satisfied institutional people from Wi-fi facility was 50.3% and of kalpvasis was
15.8%. There percentage of kalpvasis is low as compare of institution because there
is no set up of Wi-fi where is the tents of kalpvasis.
 The satisfied kalpvasis from availability of ATM 46.3% and of institution 63.2%. This
percentage is low in this electronic world because they brought cash with him in kumbh
mela.
 Management system was good there. The satisfied institutional people from crowd and
traffic management were 83.9% and 83.4% while other hand kalpvasis were 97.9%
and 98.9%.
 Condition of road infrastructure like roads, pontoon bridge and chakkar plates were
good. The satisfied kalpvasis from these facilities were 100%, 97.9% and 97.9% and
of institution were 83.9%, 86.5% and 81.3%.
 Support of police, Jal police and availability of women police and their responsiveness
was well there. Almost kalpvais and institutional people were satisfied from these
facilities. Police and government workers were given the right information. According

 There was proper bathing facilities safety arrangement for taking bath and availability
of boating because police, Jal police were very helpful and maintaining security around
ghats. The satisfied institutional people were 79.3%, 83.4% and 85% and of kalpvasis
96.8%, 95.8% and 96.8%.
 Sanitation facilities like toilets, decomposition of hygiene material was good. There
was also sanitation worker appointed by govt. to take care of sanitation facilities within
Mela. They take care of ghats, roads, vicinity and daily cleaning facilities. The average
satisfied kalpwasis from sanitation facilities which are mention above was 93.9% and
of institution was 83.43%.
 Medical facilities are little bit good there. The satisfied institutional people were 66.3%
and kalpvasis were 51.6%. This is only near to 50% because ambulance facilities were
not good there. And one of the biggest reasons to not availing medical facilities was
their tents were far away from the medical camp.
 The satisfied institutional people from drinking water facilities and efficiency of
electricity supply were 87.6% and 85.5% on the other hand kalpvasis were 76.8% and
90.5%.
 Arrangement of fuel for cooking and wood availability at public places for bon-fire were
sufficient there. The no of kalpvasis satisfied from these were 90.5% and 61.1% and
of institution were 71.5% and 53.4%.
 Government provisional store, availability of all essential product and variety of product
and its adequate price and quality was good. The average no of satisfied institutional
people from all these facilities were about 75% and of kalpvasis were above 85%.
 Cost of getting accommodation and comfort at that place was good. About 90%
kalwasis were satisfied from this while 85% of institution.
 The satisfied institutional people from availability of firefighting facilities was 78.2% on
the other hand kalpvasis was 76.8%.
 Efficiency of banking facilities and postal service was also good there. The no. of
satisfied institutional people and kalpwasis were 55% and 60%.
 The satisfied institutional people from availability of rail transportation facility and rail
reservation service was 58.5% on the other hand kalpvasis was 70.5%.
 Availability of three-wheeler facilities was good there. The only problem was they
charge high price within mela. The satisfied kalpvasis from these facilities was 82.1%
and institutional people was 77.7%.
 Availability of shuttle bus service is sufficient. The satisfied institutional people were
71.5% on the other hand kalpvasis were 85.3%.
 The satisfied institutional people from overall infrastructure, availability of facilities and
role of government and administration was about 88% on the other hand kalpvasis was
98%, which was good.
