 Studying various site drawings and their services drawings for the requirements be made for
Execution of the project as per the management requirements.
 Conducting Project review meetings with Management & Contractors to focus on critical areas
& Material procurement.
 Review of design, Drawings, Modification required to suite to the site condition.

 Conducting weekly meetings for discussing project status and progress of work with all the
Project members.

 Taking care for avoiding wastage of materials.


 Technical discussion and Commercial negotiations with different vendors (Material & Labour).

 Taking care of safety for all the working team.


 Co-ordination with Customer at modification stage, giving them technical assistance &
Preparation of estimates and sending it to Marketing department for acceptance of customer.

 Setting out of Buildng, Servey Work By use of Theodolite.


 Preparation of Schedule/ Bar Charts & Monthly Progress Reports (MIS).

 Preparing and reviewing of Work orders and BOQ for the work to be executed.
