Teacher will ask What is fossil and how fossils play
an important role in determining the first life form
in the earth.
Teacher will show a picture of leftover food.
Ask: What do you think will happen when left over
foods in thrown into garbage or left uncovered?
Where do you think maggots come from?
When they start to grow?
Teacher will show pictures/illustration of different

Teacher will discuss briefly the different classic

- Redi’s Experiment
- Needham’s Test
- Spallanzani’s Experiment
- Pasteur Test
Teacher will ask among the different classic
experiments on the evolution of life which is more
convincing to you and why.
Teacher will group the class into 5 and each
member of the group will share their
opinions/ideas with regards to the different classic
experiments on the evolution of life presented in
the class.
Each group will be given 5 minutes to present their
output.
Enumerate and explain briefly the different types
of classic experiments.
Short Quiz: Identify the different classic
