That I, JULIET R. SALDASAL, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of barangay
Ajong, Municipality of Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, and by virtue of these presents, DO
HEREEBY name, appoint and constitute my father ALEJANDRE SALDASAL, likewise of legal
age, married, Filipino, and resident of barangay Ajong, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, as my true and
lawful Attorney-infact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts
and deeds;

1. To claim, get and receive all my monies and benefits which has accrued in my favor
from TELETECH, Dumaguete City;

2. To sign all or any documents pertaining to the said transactions.
