SHUT DOWN MAINTENANCE TIME

 KILN BED DRAIN OUT PROCESS FROM SHUTDOWN DECLARED TIME 12 HOURS

 COMPLETE COOLING PROCEDURE 36 HOURS

 ACCERATION CUTTING & CLEANING PROCESS 48 – 72 HOURS

 MAIN ACCESSORIES CHECKUP, LUBRICATION AND REPAIRING WORK 48 – 72 HOURS


 (ALL SUPPORT ROLLER BEARINGS, PINION BEARINGS, ALL AIRTUBES,
THEMOWELLS, FEED TUBE, CONE SEGMENTS AND COOLER LIFTER PLATES)
 (DON’T HAVE ANY SPARES FOR AIRTUBE, FEEDTUBE AND
THEMOWELLS)

 MINIMUM TIME REQUIRED FOR REPAIRING WORKS OF AIRTUBES, FEED TUBE AND
BEARINGS LUBRICATION/REPLACEMENT INCLUDING BOXUP THE KILN, COOLER
ALIGNMENT OF CB AND COAL THROUGH PIPE 7 – 8 DAYS
 ALL AIRTUBES, FEED TUBE AND THERMOWELLS ARE IN BADLY DAMAGED
CONDITION
 REFRACTORY PATCHUP WORKS AT KILN INLET AREA, TRANSFERCHUTE,
COOLER TYRE AND AIRTUBE BASES AND COOLER INLET CONE AREA TO BE
DONE.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKS

1. ID Fan Incoming duct patch up works and inside damper alignment.


2. ID Fan Bearing, Impeller, Pin bush coupling bolts and alignment.
3. ESP RALF’s maintenance work.
4. ABC and GCT wet scrapper’s maintenance and repair works.
5. GCT and ABC pumps maintenance work.
6. All Bag Filters maintenance work.
KILN CIRCUIT
7. Inlet and Outlet pneumatic cylinders maintenance work.
8. Inlet and Outlet Graphite rope checking & seal packing work.
9. All support roller bearings checking and Lubrication.
10. Pinion and Thrust roller bearing checking and maintenance work.
11. All shell air fans and Air tubes base bolts tightening work.
12. Gearth gear and Pinion lubrication and maintenance.
13. Main drive gearbox oil and gear wheels checkup.
14. All air tubes checking and welding works.
15. Feed tube checking and welding works.
16. Lobe Compressor checking and maintenance work.
17. CB fans maintenance work.
18. Coal Injector Replacement work.
COOLER CIRCUIT
19. Inlet and Outlet pneumatic cylinders maintenance work.
20. Inlet and Outlet Graphite rope checking & seal packing work.
21. All support roller bearings checking and Lubrication.
22. Pinion and Thrust roller bearing checking and maintenance work.
23. Gearth gear and Pinion lubrication and maintenance.
24. Main drive gearbox oil and gear wheels checkup.
25. Lifter plates and Grizzly welding work.
26. Cold well pumps maintenance work.
PRODUCT CIRCUIT
27. All conveyors (C16A, C16B, C17, C18, C19 & C20) Gearboxes, Pulley bearings, Idlers and
Rollers checking, lubrication and maintenance work.
28. Vibrating Screen bearings checking, lubrication and maintenance work.
29. Magnetic Separator 1&2 all bearings and gearboxes maintenance work.

FEEDING CIRCUIT
30. All weigh feeder’s maintenance work.
31. All conveyors (C13, C14 & C15) Gearboxes, Pulley bearings, Idlers and Rollers checking,
lubrication and maintenance work.
RAW MATERIAL PROCESSING CIRCUIT

32. Coal Impactor and Roll crusher maintenance work.


33. Vibrating Screens (Primary and Secondary) bearings checking, lubrication and
maintenance work.
34. Iron ore crusher maintenance work.
35. Iron ore screen maintenance work.
36. All conveyors (C1 to C12) Gearboxes, Pulley bearings, Idlers and Rollers checking,
lubrication and maintenance work.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE WORKS

 ESP Cleaning and checking work. (Insulators, plates and electrodes, rappers and Tr. sets)

 ID Fan motor maintenance work.

 PCC, MCC and All Drive panels cleaning, checking and terminals tightening work.

 All RMP, Stock house Weigh feeders motors blowering and maintenance work.

 D.G overall checking and servicing

 All motors of Product house maintenance work.

 All Shell air fan motors and Slip rings maintenance

 Kiln Main drive motor bearing checking and maintenance.

 Kiln inlet and outlet Pressure line work.

 Cable laying work for lighting at product house area.
