Because egotistic people are proud they never step outside
themselves. Since they lack Divine Illumination, they look on
everybody else as being as insignificant as ants and do not
take them into account.
If they ever seek others out to assist in something they want to
do, it is because they only want them as workers - not as co-
workers. In other words they want others to use their
potential on their behalf – (for their own vainglory.)
