Introduccion: A lot of information is sharing all the day. Million of people around the
world have access to this. Some content can affect the sensibility of the person
Strongest Argument to the motion.
Elias:
We think that free speech goes first than anything in the social media.
first, free expression is a human right, social media is just a connector between
people.
-In second place if somebody is using social media in an inappropriate way, the
problem must be solved between the involved persons but not in the web. due to the
benefit that social media as a connector gives to us
-and finally it also helps to show all the information that people around the world
wants to share, without any restrictions.
in conclusion. as julie Tappendorf affirms form the state of indiana government, the
social media is still a gray area in what the government concerns buts it helps to
develop the effective communication and it will reduce the benefits in some areas
like games and publicity.
But now, as liberty (also known as the National Council for Civil Liberties) states, if
these “opinions” go from that to harassment, this is a crime in which governments
have to take legal actions.

Now the opposition have a chance to rebuttal:

Amanda:I disagree with you, because your rights end where the rights of the others
begin, I’m in support of people doing anything they want in a free and democratic
society—until their actions infringe on my freedom or anyone else’s. At that point, the
state ought to step in, if only to maintain personal liberty.
the media was created for that we could communicate with other person that were in another
place. When we speaking with friends, family and close persons is commun used
uncomplicated words and say personal things, this is not bad if part of our commun life.
Nevertheless Privacy is an attribute of the person. Our constitution has recognized it very
early and shaped it in the formulas of private actions. we can't go for the word talking about
everything insomuch as you may be violating someone's right to privacy and this is a
crime.the social media can be controlled and so avoid future problem like the bullying. Only
think this. The laws never was first to the problem, as usual that after of discover the
situation or problem is that come the solution, for example the TV, in the first years of this
means not exit laws or control for it, the effect was many social problem and mistake in the
forms of give information. this led to the state created entities like the ANTV here in
Colombia. That is the entity with the job of monitor that in TV the laws are observed.
accordingly let's not let problems develop when we can prevent them from now.

Here comes the opposition strongest argument.

Andrea: I think control what people do in social media mean put in consideration the
feelings of the others and that it is the correct way.
First, when you share violence videos or something like that you are help to increase
the morbidness. If the government establish some restrictions it can be controlled.
Andrea: people will think more two twice before upload any content to social media.
This can help to develop critical thinking
Andrea: For last, the level of cyberbullying could decrease. Nowadays people are
allowed to do whatever they want without restriction.

Now, the first side have a chance to rebuttal:

Jen:
In first place, although this may be true, some of this videos wants show the reality in
some countries, its main idea is reveals to the rest of world internal problems that
mainstream media doesn’t show because was controlled or manipulated for some
governments.
Jen: contrary about you said, restring the content is not going to make a critical
society but could create a partial and incomplete information.
Jen:Finally, Bullying has more presence in classroom than on internet, according
Modecky, ph D in psychology, in hers investigation she encountered that bullying
increase from 9% to 98% in the last years and the results reported that traditional
bullying with 35% prevalence above cyberbullying that has 15%.
