This User’s Manual provides the information necessary for the user to effectively use the automated information sy

I.0 GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 System Overview

This PARDO/SARDO e-tracking tool, customized and enhanced by the Division ICT Coordinators of DepEd Regio
tool designed to improve the gathering of information that will identify pupils/students at risk of dropping out of s
relevant and accurate information to school heads, teacher advisers, school guidance counselors, and other stakeh
dropping out.

This e-tracking tool aims to achieve the following objectives:


a. facilitate efficient and effective means of collecting data in monitoring learners’ information that contribute to sc
b. consolidate learners’ information that will guide the school authority and stakeholders in determining the appro
Reduction Program; and
c. provide accurate data in determining the risk status of pupils/students in dropping out of school
The minimum requirements for this tool are:
a. Operating System –Windows XP Professional
b Microsoft Office Excel 2003
C. Zoom in or out accordingly to properly display all the objects on the screen
